About the Role
On behalf of our client, HRLab currently seeking a skilled Software Tester / Quality Assurance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a passionate advocate for software quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional standard of their product portfolio. Collaborating closely with team members and engaging with customers and end-users, you will be an integral part of the project team, contributing to the planning and execution of test activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Crafting comprehensive test cases, test data, and test scripts based on user stories, design documentation, and other reliable sources.
-Conducting meticulous tests to verify conformance to specified requirements.
-Proficiently identifying, analyzing, and documenting defects for effective resolution.
-Proactively exploring test automation possibilities for regression, performance, and compatibility test activities.
-Providing valuable insights and support to enhance existing processes and foster continuous improvements.
-Actively participating in product development discussions to contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
Possess a post-secondary diploma, certificate, or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated 2-5 years of experience in agile testing, showcasing your expertise in this domain.
Exhibit excellent time management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
Show strong attention to detail to maintain the highest level of accuracy in your testing processes.
Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Previous experience with defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps will be considered a valuable asset.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Zendesk will be considered an advantage.
