
About the Role
Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for TikTok and expertise in driving successful advertising campaigns? HRLab, a leading recruiting agency, is currently seeking a TikTok Advertising Specialist & Account Manager to join our team and work on behalf of a prominent client in the music marketing industry. In this contracted role, you will be responsible for formulating cutting-edge advertising strategies on TikTok and managing our client's TikTok account to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Advertising Strategy: Collaborate with HRLab and the client to devise and implement innovative advertising strategies on TikTok, aligning with the client's brand objectives and target audience. Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure the campaigns' effectiveness.
Creative Content Development: Utilize your creative flair to conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling ad content tailored for TikTok, encompassing videos, animations, and other multimedia formats. Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
Ad Campaign Management: Take charge of setting up, monitoring, and optimizing TikTok ad campaigns, encompassing budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
Community Engagement: Oversee day-to-day activities on our client's TikTok account, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the TikTok community to cultivate a strong and interactive follower base.
Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with HRLab and the client's marketing team to integrate TikTok campaigns with broader marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless and synergistic marketing efforts.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify suitable TikTok influencers aligned with the client's brand values and coordinate partnerships to amplify brand reach and impact. Manage influencer relationships and evaluate performance.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of TikTok advertising campaigns, offering actionable insights, recommendations, and strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in managing successful TikTok advertising campaigns and a profound understanding of the TikTok platform.
Strong creative and visual acumen, proficient in crafting engaging content tailored for TikTok's dynamic audience.
Proficiency in video editing tools and graphic design software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable conclusions from campaign data to optimize performance.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad management platforms.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage influencer relationships.
Adeptness at staying informed about the latest social media and advertising trends.
